I am using Central Guest Splash Page for one of my SSID configured with Security Level: "Visitors". 

Sometimes the Spash Page(captive portal) doesn't open automatically so I am looking for the link to open it manually.

Do you know it?

That value is unique for each tenant and configuration.

You're missing the point of what I posted.

The link is unique.  The link is only available within the tenant, and is unique to the configuration.  If you need to know what the link is, you'll have to look at your configuration to see what the configured redirect URL is.
