  • 1.  Export Bill of Materials scales wrongly

    I Have attached a document showing the outprint of a BOM from VisualRF.

     

    As you can see the AP's scales all wrong in the pictures.

     

    Width and Height is configured correctly - see attachments

     

    any fix out there?

    Issue is replicable in my lab sever as well, Grid size and height showing incorrect in BOM report, open TAC ticket to file defect.

    We already have an issue reported for issue "When you export a bill of materials for a campus from the VisualRF > Floor Plans > Edit menu, images in the exported file can appear to be distorted, even if they appear correctly in the floor plan"  

     

    Defect# DE33773 for your reference. Should be addressed in 8.2.11 code.
