Hello, I am trying to set up HP Aruba 2930F switch from scratch. However, I noticed some things while setting it up. When I make a connection between the server with the dac cable to the 4 SFP+ ports, especially to the 50 port, the ethernet status drops down after the ethernet status is up. When I connect the same dac cable to port 52, it goes up, then it goes down, then it goes up again, then it goes down again and in sh logging it says something like this;
" FFI : Port: 52 Excessive link state transitions "
However, when I connect with Fiber cable after installing 10Gb gbic for Normal Uplink, 50 and 52 Ports work fine. Do I need to make any settings on the Hp Aruba 2930f especially for it to work with DAC Cable. DAC Cable goes up on ports 49 and 51 without any problem.
