  • 1.  Joining my controller to clearpass Radius Issue: Service Authorization failed

    Hi guys,

    I get the error service authorization failed whenever I try to authenticate my controller with my clearpass Radius server, which has our AD as an authentication source.

    I have attached some info.

    Please could anyone let me know what I am missing? Kinda stuck here.

    Hello , when the service categorization failed it speak that it cant match your service policy . This bring me to think that your services are not created correctly

    Well then you need to relax or remove conditions in your service tab.  If the incoming authentication does not match any of the conditions, the service will not be processed.

    I did relax/remove some of the unnecessary condition or service rules..
