Hello, I can't provide a step-by-step guide but, first of all, haven't you looked at the HPE FlexNetwork MSR Router Series - Comware 7 Layer 2 - WAN Access Configuration Guides (5998-8783) before? There is an entire chapter about "Managing a 3G/4G Modem" (from page 157 to page 167) with configuration task lists for both 3G and 4G Modems...probably that chapter will help you.
